If the inquiry form is difficult to use or you need to attach files, send your inquiry directly to moonlab.app@gmail.com. Email is a separate channel from the privacy consent process above and is handled through Gmail.

- Service or account: your environment (web/iOS/Android), the screen where the issue occurred, steps to reproduce it, and the error message
- Privacy or posts: the type of request and the post URL or the minimum information needed to identify it
- Purchase or refund: the purchase channel, product, purchase date and time, receipt transaction ID, and your Kotomoa nickname
Do not send your account password, sign-in token, full card number, card security code, or original App Store or Play Store purchase token. If a screenshot contains personal information, redact everything except the details needed to handle your inquiry.
