体力 and 筋力: stamina for a mountain walk and muscle strength

Read required stamina and ongoing recovery in 体力 alongside leg training and classroom data in 筋力.

体力: required stamina and ongoing recovery

体力 (たいりょく) means physical strength or stamina. 「長い山道を歩くには十分な体力が必要だ。」 means “Walking the long mountain path requires sufficient stamina.” Sufficient stamina is needed for the walk, but no required amount is given.

「病気で落ちた体力を少しずつ取り戻している。」 means “I am gradually regaining the strength I lost because of illness.” 少しずつ取り戻している describes gradually regaining strength lost because of illness.

筋力: leg training and a relationship read from data

筋力 (きんりょく) means muscular strength. 「階段を上る運動で脚の筋力を鍛えた。」 means “I strengthened my leg muscles by climbing stairs.” This reports an individual's leg-muscle training through stair climbing.

「授業で年齢と筋力の関係を資料から読み取った。」 means “In class, we used the data to understand the relationship between age and muscular strength.” The class used data to understand a relationship; the sentence supplies no numerical rate.

Keep recovery and individual reports bounded

Regaining strength does not report complete recovery or hospital discharge.

Keep the training report and classroom use of data separate from exercise advice or invented age-related rates.

Does gradually regaining 体力 lost because of illness establish complete recovery or hospital discharge?

Show the answer and why

No. It reports recovery in progress. Neither completion nor hospitalization or discharge is stated, and the 筋力 data example gives no numerical rate.
