Testing and recognition
Compare preparing for a proficiency test and posting its results with a product being certified as meeting a standard and the experience required for certification.
Preparing for a test and posting results
検定 means a proficiency or certification test. describes studying every night for next month’s language test.
states that test results were posted on the school bulletin board. Posting results does not mean every candidate passed.
A stated finding and a required condition
認定 concerns recognition or certification. says that after strict review, the product was recognized as meeting the standard.
states that professional experience is needed for recognition of a qualification. The requirement alone does not establish that someone has already been certified or issued a qualification.
The activity and the scope of recognition
The 検定 examples concern test preparation and posting results. The 認定 examples concern an actual finding about a product and a condition for recognition. These are different stated stages.
Preserve the study occurring now and the test next month. Read the stated target and condition without adding a particular licensing system, issuance process, or legal effect.
Does 検定の結果 being posted on a bulletin board establish that a candidate passed?
Show the answer and why
No. Publication of the results is stated, but a passing result is not. Its scope differs from the actual finding that a product meets a standard in 認定された.
