説明の途中でも質問は随時受け付けます。 welcomes questions at any time, even during the explanation. 随時, read ずいじ, does not restrict receiving questions to the end; 途中でも makes that scope explicit.
The offer to receive questions does not report that every question has already been answered. Receiving a question and completing an answer or resolution are different actions.
Service updates as conditions require
運行情報は状況に応じて随時更新される。 describes service information being updated as needed when conditions change. 状況に応じて supplies the condition, and 随時更新される supplies the passive update relation.
No fixed interval in minutes or completed time for a particular update is stated. Updating as needed does not mean that the content is continuously changing regardless of conditions.
Availability and a condition for updating
The question example concerns availability during the explanation. The information example concerns updating according to conditions. Their shared 随時 does not provide a single fixed schedule for both.
Preserve the explanation setting and the service conditions separately. The availability statement does not establish unconditional round-the-clock acceptance or resolution of every question.
