取り出す and 収納: taking out and storing inside the same container

Compare taking a part out of a box with storing it inside that same box. Read the source marked by から and the destination marked by に separately from tidying the whole space.

Take the object out of its source

取り出す, read とりだす, means take out or remove. 鞄から手帳を取り出して、予定を確認した。 says that someone took the planner out of the bag and checked the schedule.

鞄から is the source and 手帳 the removed object. Both taking it out and checking are completed, but an entirely empty bag is not established.

Put it inside the storage destination

収納, read しゅうのう, describes storage on the inward side of this comparison. 季節外れの服を箱に収納した。 says that the out-of-season clothes were stored inside a box.

箱に marks the destination. Read the selected items' direction into the container without establishing that the whole surrounding space has been tidied.

Compare directions using the same box

For comparison, read 箱から部品を取り出す。 and 箱に部品を収納する。 Keeping the same box and part, contrast taking it out with storing it inside.

から marks the source in the first sentence, while に marks the destination in the second. These nonpast comparison sentences do not report already completed actions in sequence.

What do から and に mark in 箱から取り出す and 箱に収納する using the same box?

Show the answer and why

から marks the source of taking out, and に the destination of storing. Compare the outward and inward directions relative to the same container.
