称賛 and 評価: the target of praise and the criteria for evaluation
Compare praise for an act or performance with evaluation against criteria. Do not turn acclaim into a score, and preserve the refusal to rate someone low from one failure alone.
Praise for an act or performance
says that a courageous act received widespread acclaim.
states that the audience praised an excellent performance. Identify the praised act or performance without converting the acclaim into a specific score or every individual's opinion.
An evaluated object and its criteria
評価(ひょうか) means evaluation or assessment. describes evaluating the completed model according to three criteria. The number of criteria is not the resulting score.
says not to give a low evaluation based on a single failure. Preserve both that restricted basis and the negative
Praise and evaluation are not identical outcomes
Praise can be part of an evaluation, but 評価 does not always mean praise. Compare approval directed at a good aspect with judgment made against criteria, using the stated targets and bases.
Refusing a low evaluation based on one failure does not mean that every evaluation is high. It restricts that basis for judging without rejecting judgments based on other information.
mean that every evaluation is high?
Show the answer and why
No. It rejects giving a low evaluation from one failure alone. It does not state the direction of every evaluation or give a specific score.
