見積もり and 請求: estimating an amount and requesting payment
Compare the timing and purpose of estimates and bills, distinguishing receipt of a bill from making payment.
Calculating an expected quantity or cost
見積もり, read みつもり, means an estimate of quantity or cost. says that an estimate was obtained before requesting repairs.
says that only materials costs are included in the estimate. Read だけ without adding labor or other items to its scope.
Requesting payment or provision
請求, read せいきゅう, means requesting payment or provision of money or goods from another party. says that a bill for the price arrived from the shop.
says that the bill was received but has not yet been paid. Receiving a bill and completing payment are different.
The estimate and actual billed amount
says that the billed amount exceeded the estimate because there was additional work. Preserve the reason stated in the sentence.
says that only an estimate was received and no work has yet been requested. Receiving an estimate is not requesting the work.
Is payment complete in ?
Show the answer and why
No. The bill was received, but the sentence explicitly says it has not yet been paid.
