Lived experience and a presented history

Compare experience applied to work, including the possible value of failure, with a history summarized in an application or presented in a guidebook.

What was experienced and how it was used

says experience of living abroad was applied to work. Read the experience and the activity to which it was applied.

says even failure can become a valuable experience. ことがある gives a possibility, not a rule that every failure is necessarily valuable.

A history presented in documents

経歴 means career history or background. says the speaker summarized their career history concisely in application documents.

states that the instructor’s detailed background appears in a guidebook. Summarizing or publishing a history does not describe acquiring a new experience at that time.

Experienced content and a selected account

経験 concerns what someone has lived through and where it is put to use. 経歴 concerns the history presented in an account or introduction. A concise history need not contain every experience.

Failure can also be an experience, so the word is not limited to successful events. A detailed background does not by itself quantify all ability, expertise, or successes.

Does a concise account of 経歴 in an application establish that it includes every 経験 the person has had?

Show the answer and why

No. 経歴 is the history presented in the document, while 経験 concerns what the person has experienced. A concise account does not state that every experience is included.
