準備, 用意, and 支度: getting ready and arranging what is needed

Compare overall preparation, arranging needed items, and getting ready for an outing or meal, without forcing absolute distinctions between overlapping uses.

Prepare an overall process

says that preparing for the presentation took two days. 準備, read じゅんび, can cover several stages such as research and rehearsal.

says that preparations are progressing but not finished. Starting or making progress does not establish readiness.

Have needed things ready

says that someone prepared ten copies of the meeting materials. 用意, read ようい, fits arranging things for use.

asks someone to have an umbrella ready for rain. It does not assert that rain has already fallen.

Get ready to go out or eat

says that someone got ready to go out and then waited at the entrance. 支度, read したく, suits everyday preparation such as dressing and gathering belongings.

食事の準備, 食事の用意, and 食事の支度 are all possible. They can focus differently on the process or arranging what is needed, but their meanings overlap for meal preparation.

Does 資料を用意しました establish that all presentation rehearsal is finished too?

Show the answer and why

No. It says that the materials are ready. Other preparation stages, such as rehearsal, require separate confirmation.
