Needed Talent and Helpful Connections

Compare a course's start and the need for experienced people with help from earlier connections and a wish to value trust. Separate capable people from the network between people.

A course's start and the experience needed

人材 (じんざい) means talent or personnel. — “A course began to train people who can pass on the region's culture.” The course for people who can pass on regional culture began. Its start does not report completed training or hiring.

— “The new plan requires people with a wide range of experience.” People with varied experience are needed. A need for personnel differs from a result showing that they have already been hired.

Earlier connections and a wish to value trust

人脈 (じんみゃく) means a personal network or connections. — “Connections I made at my previous workplace helped with my new activities.” Connections built through previous work helped the new activities, a reported past result.

— “I want to value relationships of trust, not merely a broad network.” 大切にしたい expresses a wish to value relationships of trust. It does not report that trust has already been secured throughout the network.

People's capabilities and connections between people

The 人材 examples focus on training people to transmit culture and needing people with experience. The 人脈 examples focus on existing connections and the value placed on trust.

A course beginning, a need for people, helpful connections, and a wish about trust are different kinds of information. Do not combine them into one completed hiring or training process.

Does the start of a course to develop 人材 mean the training is complete?

Show the answer and why

No. 始まった reports the course's start. No completion or hiring outcome is stated, and the helpful-connections example describes a separate situation.
