逆転 and 引き分け: a reversal and a drawn result
Distinguish a change in the lead from a final draw.
A reversal
逆転, read ぎゃくてん, means a reversal in position or advantage. says that the lead was reversed in the second half.
says that there was a reversal at one point. It does not establish that the lead lasted to the final result.
A draw
says that the match ended without a winner.
means a two-all draw. Each side scored two points.
A midgame change and the final result
says that there was a reversal during the game, but it ended in a draw. The different times make the statements compatible.
says that a reversal was sought but not achieved. Separate the attempt from success.
Does 一度は逆転しました establish the final victory?
Show the answer and why
No. A reversal at one point does not determine the result at the end.
