敏捷, 俊敏, and 機敏: shared cat jumps and human responses
Compare overlapping cat-and-wall scenes with dodging an attack, helping a group catch up, and responding to a customer.
敏捷: a cat's leap and a dodged attack
means “The cat leaped nimbly onto the wall.” The cat leaped onto the wall with nimble movement.
means “He nimbly dodged his opponent's attack.” He nimbly dodged the opponent's attack.
俊敏: the shared leap scene and a group catching up
means “The cat moved nimbly and leaped onto the wall.” The cat-and-wall scene overlaps with the 敏捷 example.
means “She responded quickly to the changing situation and helped the group catch up.” She responded to changes and helped the group catch up, rather than newly joining companions.
機敏: a customer response and a high-wall leap
機敏 (きびん) means agile or quick. means “The clerk responded quickly to the customer's request.” The clerk responded quickly to a request; this human example does not restrict 機敏 to people.
means “The cat leaped onto the high wall with an agile movement.” 機敏 also describes a cat's wall leap. Keep the overlap without assigning exclusive subjects or ranking speed.
Do the shared cat jumps make 敏捷 animal-only and 俊敏 a higher level of speed?
Show the answer and why
No. All three have cat-jumping examples with overlapping agility meanings. The human actions stay within their sentences, and no speed ranking is supplied.
